Beautifully clean and cosy with amazing views across the valley. Would be lovely to sit outside and have a barbecue in the spring/summer. Was a bit chilly to do that this time. Would recommend taking binoculars if interested in watching the bird lifemehr anzeigen

Sophia arragend a warm welcome - there even was cake! The location and view outside the pods was absolutely stunning - England scenery at its best! The pods itself was not only super clean from top to bottom but also the coziest place. The kitchen wamehr anzeigen

On top of all that, there were barbecue facilities outdoor which made our stay perfect. There is also a well equipped laundry room with an ironing board, which we were allowed to use. I would recommend the Pods to anyone who want to have a great relaxing escape near the fabulous city of Bath.

A super place for a peaceful break in the countryside

I was not quite sure what to expect, as pods were a new thing for us. Chosen mainly for being a convenient location for our stay, and because something different appealed, the pods turned out to be an excellent choice. Quite small but not too small, mehr anzeigen

Quite small but not too small, and very cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed. Everything was very clean, with lovely decor, nicely equipped kitchenette, and a good sized modern bathroom. Very friendly owner who made a point of being there to welcome us and show us around. Nice outside area with seating, a nice view over the fields, and BBQ facilities, although the weather - autumn gales and rain for much of out time - wasn't conducive to taking full advantage! Overall, a super place for a peaceful break in the countryside, conveniently close to places such as Bath.

It is in the grounds of a house, overlooking the village. It had enough room for four adults. We used the hot water, kettle and fridge. We didn’t cook but we were only there two nights and one was at a wedding. It was clean and comfortable. The bathrmehr anzeigen

I would suggest that people pull the blind down on the front door at night as the outside light shines through if not. I didn’t take any pictures but it looks as described on the photos shown on this website.

I would have liked a door to the bedroom but that is being extremely picky. It would have to be a sliding door for size purposes so I see why there isn’t one. See point above about the blind on the front door. The light outside comes on with a sensormehr anzeigen

I had originally left this up for those in the sleeping pod in case they needed to go to the loo in the night.

Thank you for the feedback. Just to let you know the owners have purchased a gazebo and set it up in a sheltered wooded glade less than 20 metres from the pods. Here guests can sit outside together, protected from the elements. There is almehr anzeigen

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the pods. Well-appointed kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed and lovely views over local farmland: it is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle. They are really well located, close to some great walks amehr anzeigen
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the pods. Well-appointed kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed and lovely views over local farmland: it is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle. They are really well located, close to some great walks and fabulous pubs and only about 20 mins from Bath. There was real attention to detail from table cloths with clips to stop them flapping in the breeze, seat cushions for the outside table, a portable clothes line for those emergency washing moments, BBQ coals to get us going, to a welcome pack of quality tea, coffee, milk, bread and homemade jam. Sophia and Richard were really welcoming as well and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Staying at the pods was a very special experience. We went there with our kids after being in London and immediately became calm and felt like we can breath. There is wonderful space around farm like, and even a small forest with forest sounds (and squirls and rabbits) and the place inside is small but cozy and everything function and we could cook dinners and stay inside if it rains. The place is close to many towns and cities we wanted to visit, so it was just perfect for us. Sophia was helpful and help if we needed anything, but mostly, gave us privacy.

We enjoyed our stay in the pods. Nice and peaceful and surrounded by fields. My kids especially liked spotting the wildlife. We saw deer, squirrels and hares during our short stay. Our lovely host was very helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay at the place. Got a little cupcake treat when we checked in. The host was really great, they made us feel right at home and were really helpful and responsive 🫶🏽. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
