The property is centrally located and plenty of room for our party of 16. We had a fantastic time the house was beautiful just some little touches let it down. It’s only a short walk into dolgeallau with lovely pubs and shops.

A few of the bedrooms only had hand towels. The first floor shower room a lot of the tiles were cracked and covered over with duck tape. But other than that we had a fabulous time and it wouldn’t put us off going again it was just a shame as it let

This house is great for a large family gathering. The location is really good with easy access to walks and beaches. A lovely children's playground is within walking distance and a really useful spar shop minutes away. The hot tub was a real bonus.

The kitchen was incredibly poorly equipped. Thankfully some of us arrived early so we could get others to bring things we needed like a wooden spoon, casserole dishes , tin opener ....
the bedding was substandard and towels really thin. It would be great if there were more single beds to accommodate children sharing rooms.
I note that the price to book this house has significantly increased so I hope that these issues are rectified.

Great holiday house in convenient location.

Spacious convenient location. Great to have a supermarket so nearby and easy walk into town. The changing room/showers accessed from patio to use after using the hot tub was really useful.

One of the showers didn't work I did report it but got no response. It didn't impact our holiday as there were plenty of others to use. Some of the bedrooms had no hanging space for clothes although there was plenty of room to put something.

This Property is in a great Location,close enough to walk to Dolgellau town or a close drive to the lovely resorts of Barmouth & Bala.
The property looked great and had great space. It was well equipped for all necessities for cooking & entertaining.
The bedrooms were very large and clean with very nice bedding.
The kitchen was very spacious and had all we needed for our stay.
The garden was a good size and had comfortable seating area. With a hot tub. We made great use of the ping pong table as this one of the families favourite sports
It is a lovely property but has some maintenance issues (as below)please don’t let it deteriorate !

A lot of the showers in the bathrooms either didn’t work or were not working properly.plus in some of the bathrooms there was only hot water taps working and not cold water taps. (This was reported but was told not an emergency due to their being a number of showers in the property) So 16 of us ended up sharing 2 of the showers that were kind of working.
Used the hot tub once and found it had a lot of grease around and in the tub(again this was reported to which they sent out a guy to clean it) but after he’d gone we switched on again and found once we put jets on all the grease came out of the jets. So think it needs a proper maintenance on it and not just a clean. This was important for us booking this property for the female guests.we did not use again!
WiFi only really worked on 1st and 2nd floors as it never worked in the living room so couldn’t watch the Eurovision Song Contest as no tv channels available and couldn’t get any apps to work on SmartTv as no signal for WiFi.
Decking area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained properly for a while as when we moved the parasol it was filthy underneath.
One of the door handles to the bathroom was broke which one of the guests ended up getting stuck in there after she couldn’t open it.
One of beds in the single bed room had a very poor mattress which the shape of it had gone so was very uncomfortable and needs replacing.
We also requested a late checkout but we are still awaiting a response from that request?

We had a great family & dog weekend, property was amazing, hot tub was very welcoming after a long hike on the Saturday! Good location short drive to Barmouth, easy walk into town and local pubs, short walk to an easy river walk. Would love to return

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It's beautifully renovated and very spacious. It easily fitted the 16 of us in the house. It also had a bbq, which it didn't say it had on the description. It's only a 10 minute walk to the town of dolgellau, which is lovely and there is a spar just round the corner to grab any bits you need. It has lovely views of the Welsh countryside too from the front of the house. Overall it was amazing and I'd recommend to anyone.

What a property! There was a whole lot of us as a family (21 to be precise). It was just what we needed. The hot tub was a great feature. The kids and adults loved it with the space it offered. Very beautiful property and well thought out with the layout of things. Would be back in a heartbeat! Cheers for making our stay as smooth as possible.
