The last week has been a hugely positive experience for the whole family.

There is something here for everyone in any generation. Our family spans 70yrs from 2 to 72. The house is spacious and well decorated. I love the mis of pictures and furniture. The swimming pool has been a great hit and a very welcome way to cool off. We all gathered outside yesterday evening to watch the eclipse and will always remember where we were. Ty Penbryn is very well equipped and catered for all our needs. I would recommend to anyone!

We have just spent the most incredible weekend with a huge group of us in Ty Penbryn

OMG - Not only was the property itself everything we needed and more for a varied group of people from kids to adults with all sorts of wants and needs the rooms and the house itself was spotless. We could not fault it. From check in to check out the service and communication were excellent.

We are already scouring the website for our next stay!

14 family members there to celebrate my 70th birthday. Who would have expected 30° heatwave in Wales?!

We might not have made much use of the fabulous cinema room but my goodness the pool area was in permanent use! Pool design is first class!
Lot's of areas in this very spacious house to split into when you need to and eat together as a collective group. Bedrooms very well done and big comfy beds.

We will certainly go back there again as it has everything we would ever need regardless of the weather.

Fantastic stay!!

One of the best holidays we’ve ever been on. There is something for all of the family with the cinema room, swimming pool, pool table, poker table, we couldn’t rate the accommodation any higher. Thank you so much, we all had a fantastic time!!

I don’t think there is really much to improve unless you can control the weather . The oven in the main kitchen isn’t great, it cooks very slowly and uneven. The bathrooms also need some work as 5 of them had issues (although we were told about 3 of them on arrival and a plumber was sent out but couldn’t fix the issue with one). The windows were also so loud and whistling during the wind that we had to go and buy earplugs.

An amazing home in even more amazing grounds.

The family have had the most amazing time together — family pool time, music nights, and many of the array of activities this beautiful home offers.

This fabulous place catered for all ages 4–70.

We wish we could stay forever in this wow house.
The house had every conceivable utensil you could imagine you would need, and is furnished impeccably.

We had a wonderful time with our family and friends staying at this beautiful retreat.

From the elaborate decor to the amazing pool, jacuzzi and sauna, this really is a luxurious getaway that is created to be relaxing and exciting.
The cinema room, games room and hallway that doubles up as a disco floor are great for a party atmosphere.
The beautiful dining room is fabulous - allowing everyone in a large party to eat together and have some wonderful social time. The outside dining facilities are also great. Even in the wet weather the covered BBQ means you can enjoy a fantastic grilled steak dinner at any time of the year.
The rooms are all very luxurious, each one uniquely and imaginatively furnished, making each guest feel special.
This is not just a house, it is an experience - a chance to build fantastic memories with friends and family.
The location is also fantastic - with plenty of great places to visit and supermarkets and a beautiful town conveniently close by.
We would definitely give this property a 10 / 10 on every level.

Everything was great just a few things like the steam room did not work and the swimming pool was not very warm plus the oven in the small kitchen had food still in the oven on plates and the oven in the main kitchen was not very clean which it had bread crumbs all in the bottom of the oven which we had to clean before we could use it but it did not spoil the weekend for us.

Fabulous weekend celebrating!

It’s a fabulous house with so many facilities. 24 People staying there it never felt crowded at all. Great place for a large gathering of family/friends. So much to do inside and outside of the house.

There were a couple of things that didn’t work, the steam room and no hot water on the final day for a warm shower. A number of people in our party who used the pool with blonde hair it turned very green!

The house is lovely, very well equipped with lots to do for all ages. The pool was very well used. We enjoyed trips out to Tenby, a local National Trust and Laugharne. We had fantastic weather. The children enjoyed the cinema room. Thank you. We will

Thank you for a lovely stay!

We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to stay, with enough facilities to keep everyone old & young entertained. It was a perfect place for us to celebrate my 60th Birthday with my family and friends.

We had wonderful trips to Laugharne, Tenby, Caldy Island and the go-kart track at Carew – where great fun was had by all.

We came from Australia, the UK and Swansea and had a wonderful family get together.

We would love to come back again one day if we can get everyone together at the same time again.

A real gem of a property

Finest Retreats were very professional responsive and professional throughout. Property was better than described and for large group ideal. Superb facilities and very well equipped. A real gem of a property. Only 10mins drive from town centre but minimum 30mins travel to major attractions / coastal towns, often considerably more. Location was as advertised just be aware.

What a wonderful property to spend an entertaining week with three generations of family. So much for everyone to do! Would highly recommend a trip to the picturesque Laugharne and its Dylan Thomas connections and the beautifully abundant botanic gardens. Thankyou for a well equipped and highly enjoyable stay and thanks to Holly for attending to our needs.
