A few things: I'm not impressed with the communication around the Masterlock system to get access - there were no instructions on how to use it - we managed to work it out and it was not clear that in order for more than one person to have access to we needed permission from the owner and an email from them to each individual who then had to download the app. This is overcomplicated. The dishwasher wasn't empty when we arrived and the filter was filthy and blocked, even when I cleaned it the dishwasher didn't clean that effectively. The light switch for the light on the extractor fan is defective - it switches on OK but does not easily switch off - we sometimes could not switch it off at all. Some of the thermostatic radiator valves are also defective especially the ones in the dining room - you cannot switch the radiators off

The house has everything we needed. Just for personal preference bath sheets and big mugs would be an added bonus

The towels weren’t big enough. Bath sheets would be much better than a small bath towel, especially for taller people. The towels smelt a bit musty too before we used them.
The fitted sheet on the bed next to the large lounge, was very bobbly, making it not very nice to lie on. New sheets probably needed.
Hooks on all bedroom doors would be handy.
Handles on the bath to get out safely.
Anti slip mats should be available for shower/bath.

No improvements needed- it was all exceptional
