Great house in quiet lovely location

The size of the house for 12 adults was amazing, we weren’t on top of each other. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Bedroom and bathrooms were lovely, the two master suits were AMAZING. The outside area was lovely, we had great weather so sp

Only one little thing, there was no hand rail on the stairs which made if difficult for one member of our party.

Was a lush place to stay. Majority of bedrooms were huge, and the downstairs was very spacious for the 12 people that stayed. Only negatives was the wifi at times wasn't great for the younger generation haa, and tvs in a few bedrooms didn't work for 2 nights but the main ones downstairs did so no real issue. Garden was huge, wish it was properly cordoned off as some of it was via a rope. Jacuzzi was a bonus!! Would highly recommend staying & we would defo stay again!! :)

Peaceful and fun family weekend

Big roomy house well equipped with all you need. Very clean and tidy and we would thoroughly recommend.

We couldn’t get the fire in the living area to work, thankfully we didn’t actually need it. The lawn could have done with a cut and with no fencing we had to keep a close eye on the dogs to make sure they didn’t wonder off into the field or out onto the road around the sides of the house or into the stinking ditch which one managed to slide into when we threw a ball before we realised what was there, thankfully our dogs are well behaved but they like to wonder and sniff so made it a little less relaxing having to watch every second. No hanging space/wardrobe in the twin room.

The property was well equipped and perfect for a family get away. The hot tub was an excellent addition and enjoyed by everyone! Location is great, perfect base for lots of day trips. We recently stayed at Stone Bow Farmhouse to celebrate my 30th birthday.

There were 8 adults and 3 children. The house is absolutely stunning. Each room was immaculate and, yes, the master bedroom really was as big as it looks online! The kitchen/living area was the perfect space for the party vibesto relax. The grounds were gorgeous and it was lovely to sit in the hot tub looking out at the view. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation. Finest Retreats who were the host were brilliant to deal with too.

We booked this for 3 night for a 40th birthday we was blown away by the house and how big and spacious it was the hot tub was amazing and someone come to clean and check it everyday the trip switch had gone when we got there but the owner was quick to come and help us out and was so friendly I will be booking again the place is amazing the hot tub I think is for 8 people we had 12 with us so we did have to swap but it wasn’t a problem as some didn’t want to go in hot tub

My only flaw would be the hot tub is not big enough for 12

Lovely grounds, plenty of parking, separate spaces that different parts of the family could use. The hot tub was enjoyed by all ages! Everything we needed was provided, the coffee machine was greatly appreciated by the coffee drinkers!

This is a really fab house in a great location.

We had a wonderful holiday and the house, its grounds and hot tub were a hit with all 3 generations of our family. We made great use of the hot tub and the water was checked every day. The house has loads of space both inside and out. It’s fresh, modern and very, very well equipped - there was nothing we didn’t like. Plenty of bathrooms with showers to accommodate our whole party of 12 persons. The weather was decent so we were able to enjoy the outside space, garden furniture and bbq. A initial problem with the boiler was rectified in super quick time by a local plumber who was swiftly organised by the very responsive owner. The wider area offers an excellent variety of things to do. Thank you Finest Retreats (and Gary) for a great stay and for making it feel personal.
