Beautiful property in an amazing location. Very well equiped, it had everything we needed. Central for everything. Minutes away from shops, pubs and restaurants. Set on the main street but very quiet.

Absolutely fantastic apartment, It literally has everything you need, everything was spotless. The location is perfect in the town centre.

The only thing i can think of is the double mattress was too hard. Apart from that everything was spot on and we would definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again .

An absolute gem!

We stay in Filey regularly as we have family that live there. The family can't accommodate us so we are always on the lookout for nice places to stay. This is the best one yet. The biggest plus point being its own parking space as finding somewhere to park in high season is difficult. The flat was spotlessly clean and every facility has been catered for. From the washer dryer to the coffee machine, it was like a home from home. We've already booked to come again in October.

Being woken at 7AM by text message to remind us about putting rubbish out, leaving towels in the bath, stripping beds etc. 7 AM was far too early after all we are on holiday. We had already been told of house keeping rules on previous emails.

Parking posts don’t work very well - though it’s great to have a parking space. Also, signal kept dropping out on tv but we managed to watch on iplayer etc. Not complaints at all, just observations.

The apartment was immaculatey clean. I was impressed by the quality of the bedding and towels as well as the coffee machine.

The only thing I would say is the single beds seemed smaller than a normal single.

The doors to the properties above close very loudly, but the owners are aware and looking at solutions. The road can be a little noisy at night.

Everything new and clean. All linen, towels etc from Marks and Spencer's. Very well equipped. In a good position for everything. Car parking spot reserved.

Just one problem, with the tv in the lounge. The aerial did not always connect and we had to keep adjusting it.

The location of this property is great - within easy walking distance of every amenity. The allocated parking space is a definite plus. With it's own private entrance, it is very spacious and we will return.

The beds in the twin room are not really big enough for adults. The dishwasher door is fouling the plinth. Under the sofa was quite dusty. It would also be a good idea to alter the fridge/freezer doors to open the other way round

This was our second stay at Belle House although a different apartment this time. The apartment was fantastic the best we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, very high quality furniture, linens and kitchen items and extremely comfortable. Ideal if you want to cook as everything you could possibly need is provided. The location is wonderful, in the centre of Filey near shops and numerous eating places but very quiet. An added bonus was a private parking space at the rear - essential for us these days. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be back next year.

Beautiful property in a fabulous location for the beach, shops, cafes, chip shops and pubs all including Tesco within a 5 minute walk. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The road can be a bit noisy, seemed to be a few noisy cars racing about in the evening but they didn't disturb us overnight - can't say the same for the seagulls but you expect that at the seaside! Will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at No.15 Belle House. The apartment was modern, extremely clean and fully equiped for our stay. The property manager was lovely and was at hand for any issues. There area of Filey was beautiful. There was plenty to do during the day and it was very quiet and peaceful on an evening around the coast and gardens. There are shops and pubs/take aways close by - note that some of the pubs and cafes etc close at 5pm. The only flaw was the noise of the cars driving around at nighttime... but it didn't disturb our sleep. This is a brilliant base to explore Yorkshire.

Loved that it had it's own private entrance and dedicated parking spot. The shower was amazing and it was quite spacious. An electric fan was provided to get us through the heatwave. Comfy sofa and a very central location. Would highly recommend

The location was perfect just up the road from the beach one way and town the other. Decor was modern and fresh with an easy layout and comfortable seating. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.

Perfect little apartment, excellently kitted out with a quality finish. Great beds, sheets and towels. Wonderful location in the centre of Filey. Would definitely book again and go back it was lovely.

The items in the dishwasher were dirty when we arrived, looked for a dishwasher tablet to put it on but there weren’t any. Subsequently we had no choice but to leave the items dirty. (We did not cook or use the kitchen on our short stay).

The extractor fan in the en suite bathroom was constantly on despite turning its switch and the light switch off, half way through the night I resorted to turning the fuse switch above the bathroom door off with a coat hanger to switch it off. We did not turn it back on before leaving.

As I entered the place the colourful pictures made me smile. The apartment is beautifully designed with good quality furnishings and it's very well equipped. (I especially loved the Nespresso cups and saucers and have already ordered some for my home.) The location is superb and an allocated parking space was a real bonus. I absolutely loved this place and wished I could have stayed longer.

The TV in the lounge is fabulous but it kept losing signal. I wondered if this problem was because of the recent transmitter problems in the area however the signal improved when I plugged an HDMI cable into the TV, even though there was nothing connected to the other end of it! The TV in the bedroom only has BBC channels. No other channels were available.
