This apartment is a gem. We prefer to stay in London suburbs to get away from tourists and we felt totally local. Apartment has everything you need (except a hairdryer) and is like a little home away from home. Its small but we fitted 4 without too mmehr anzeigen

Great kitchen and sitting at the breakfast bar looking out the window to the Thames was our favourite time of the day. Close to all the Richmond & Kew tourist sites and walks and easy to get into central London. Would definitely stay again.

It was just me, so I had more than enough space. I loved this location! Close enough to walk to the Richmond Green, down to the river for the Ferry to Hampton Court, and right next to a great little bookshop, Books on the Rise. As an American who stmehr anzeigen

As an American who struggles operating a 2 in 1 washer/dryer, I'll just say that this one was easy and my clothes were actually dry! Last note, there was a hurricane back a home and I was unable to fly out. I was very grateful to extend my stay here and the Finest Retreat's staff was incredibly responsive in assisting me with that.

An earlier check-in would be nice (16.00 check-in for a 10.00 checkout seems a bit cheeky). The water evacuation from the bathroom sink and and bath was very slow - plumbing issues? The key into the apartment can be a bit tricky.

On arrival (30 minutes after the designated earliest check in time) the flat had not been cleaned properly. The beds were stripped and empty, and the kitchen was dirty with food left in the fridge and the full rubbish bag left on the floor. The bathrmehr anzeigen

We love Richmond and we loved this apartment - it felt like home! The space was clean, we had all we needed to prepare simple meals, it was perfect for our little family of four. We especially loved sitting at the window and looking out on the street while eating our breakfast! The location is ideal, easy access to the riverfront and super close to a variety of bars and restaurants, including our absolute favorite cafe, Kapucin and The Fat Badger across the street. The bus stop is right outside the door, but we found it to be an easy walk to the tube station. Other reviewers mentioned the entrance hall. It is a little dark and musty, but no more than other apartments we’ve stayed in. We didn’t find it to be a problem at all, just used our handy phone flashlights when we got home after dark. We highly recommend this charming apartment!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Needed nothing in the flat. Such a beautiful area to explore and close to so much. Easy to get to and from the train station to get into London. It was just perfect and plan on returning one day.

Lovely apartment let down by the entrance hall, stairs and landing lights not working. Could have been cleaner particularly in the bathroom. Very nicely decorated and enjoyed sitting at the window seats in the kitchen. Guy upstairs played dodgy music but he did turn it off before 11pm. I would go back. Amazing location.

Great apartment in a good location. Down at heel entrance hall was a bit of a turn off but the apartment itself was spot on for our needs ( 2 night weekend break). Cleaning and communication was a bit of a let down.

A lovely 2 bed flat in a great position in Richmond. We had a good stay and enjoyed the clean, private and well maintained flat. Parking was a challenge as it often is in London and the entrance hall is not a great first impression. Otherwise fully recommend. Thanks for having us for a Christmas break
