The house is lovely and perfect location for a stay in North Yorkshire. We found it was very well equipped, particularly the kitchen but was in need of some TLC.

The house needs some TLC with the windows, doors, downstairs shower, paint, a water leak stain in the lounge, and the Hot tub.
We reported the dirty hot tub and it wasn't sorted during our week stay. It states in the welcome guide that fresh water smehr anzeigen

We reported the dirty hot tub and it wasn't sorted during our week stay. It states in the welcome guide that fresh water should have been put in the day we got there however, it clearly was not done. It had black bits in the water and green lines and bubbles in the hot tub, and the handle was also broken. We are still waiting the compensation that it says in the welcome pack that we are due. We were advised to leave the keys in the lock box for the maintenance team to come and sort the hot tub, which we did everyday of our holiday but no one came in the week we were there. |

We had some wet weather whilst we were away and felt that some coat hooks in the entrance, for hanging jackets, was needed as we felt we didnt have anywhere to put damp coats

Our main disappointment was the outside. The front area needs sweeping regularly as there are alot of dead leaves which we brought in with us when we returned to the cottage, and weeds that need pulling. The outside area at the back also needs a good sweep and tidy up. Stones from around the hot tub were under the table and had obviously been there a long time. Weeds growing in cracks at the bottom of walls, just needs a good tidy up!! It didnt spoil our stay, just an observation so the outside matches the inside!! |

Great location on the edge of the Dales and in a small quiet village. The kids loved the park and football field round the corner. The hot tub was amazing after a busy day out.

We unwound, had fun in the tub & discovered loads.
- Great rural location
- Great local walks nearby with the dog
- Cottage was Stocked with the following loads of Towels, 4x toilet rolls, dishwasher tabs, coffee, sugar, bin bags, various cleaning bmehr anzeigen

- Great rural location - Great local walks nearby with the dog - Cottage was Stocked with the following loads of Towels, 4x toilet rolls, dishwasher tabs, coffee, sugar, bin bags, various cleaning bits. - Tub was all ready to go the second we got there, 40 degrees, fantastic. - Druids temple on the swinton estate was quality, we spent majority of the day here just strolling around that wooded area - Pub's seem to be expensive nearby, we only had 2-3 pints. - The Manor Farm Cafe did us a great little quick bite to eat going between towns - We always eat out pretty much whenever using airbnb & I must admit the Nearby Chinese and Indian is great as well! MASSIVE portions. - Aysgarth Falls was great, we parked up the road, had a wonder around - really nice. We also went to a tiny little waterfall closer to leyburn, a two second trip but nice photo! Must stay in my opinion! |

Lovely well appointed property in the quiet village of Bellerby a lovely base for a few days in and around the Dales.
We particularly enjoyed the cottage’s log fire and hot tub, making up for the bracing mid-February weather.
