Very clean and modern

The accommodation was spotless and Emma did a fantastic job and was very helpful and attentive.

Can’t speak too highly of these apartments. Our 2nd stay in apartment 2. Superbly clean, very well equipped, king size bed, coffee machine, central location for all the lovely shops, cafes, crescent gardens and beach. Value for money is excellent. We have stayed at Belle House apartments 4 times over the last 3 years, think that speaks for itself. Definitely returning.

Comfy bed, great to have two TVs, lovely shower and excellent location.

Clean, efficient, warm, fully equipped, lots of information, right in the heart of town centre, 5 mins walk to beach, everything you needed provided. Loved that there were Xmas decorations up too.

Great apartment in the centre of Filey. 10 minutes to the beach and 5 to the cliffs. The apartment is warm and has all you need.

Perfect location. The apartment was well equipped clean comfortable & modern couldn’t fault anything.

The information given to access the property was sent to me and instructions and codes enables us to get into the property with ease.

Overall this is an excellent apartment right in the centre of Filey, private parking, well appointed, clean & we'll decorated.

The accomodation is spotless, spacious for 2 and is fully self contained. The carparking space is perfect, location convenient for everything Filey has to offer and is easy walking distance to the bus and train station. We absolutely love the area and feel very lucky to have found such great accomodation. We are already planning our next stay at Belle Vue Filey. Would highly recommend.

Easy to find, central location, very clean internally, no clutter, all the requirements, tools, essential items in the kitchen. Comfy bed, clean and efficient Bathroom. Wi-Fi excellent. Smoke Alarm very loud. Really nice place to stay will stay there again. Nice box of shortbread left by the Belle Vue cleaners lovely welcome and Xmas card.

The question is, should we think about it or should we shortlist it or should we go ahead and book it? The answer is Go ahead and book it. We have extended our 14 day holiday by a further 5 more days!!

several extras and thoughtful touches in the apartment and kitchen to make the stay very comfortable. Light apartment and good range of different lighting which suits me. TV and streaming was easy to work out!

The apartment was exceptionally well equipped for a rental property. Everything was to a high standard and it was a pleasure to stay in. Just wish it could have been for longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Spotlessly clean, stylish apartment, well equipped & comfortable and only a stone’s throw from the beautiful gardens & fabulous beach in Filey.

Apartment was clean, tastefully decorated and had all we needed, including TV and free internet. Location was great, centeal with local shops, takeaways/restaurants and supermarket nearby. Access to beach was easy as there were steps nearby leading down to promenade level. Good to have allocated parking space too.

Self catering

I loved the fact it was central and self contained. It had everything we needed and was clean. The bed was very comfy and the shower was excellent.

Firstly we would like to praise the 2 Emmas. The office Emma for being so kind and helpful and the cleaning lady Emma who had prepared the apartment to the highest standard and also helped us when we set the alarm off with the toaster!

The apartment is bright, modern, warm and welcoming with good quality furnishings and linens. We loved having the shower gel and shampoo sachets and a couple of dishwasher and washing machine tabs - very unexpected.

Being in the town is very convenient and having a dedicated parking spot is fantastic. Although the apartment is in one of the main streets it isn't noisy - apart from the seagulls! The road was extremely quiet after about 7.30.

We have stayed in Filey several times and the local shops are good and the people friendly. We definitely recommend this apartment, so much so that we are returning for Christmas.

Everything about the apartment was great, it had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay there again.
