It might be ok for someone six foot six but quite concerning for an elderly person five foot six!! Don't know what the Health & Safety regulation is but for us it was alarming. Also, there is not enough room on the work top. A big toaster, a coffee machine, kettle etc leaves little room for meal preparation etc. |

There was nothing not to like. If I had to pick something it was humping all the bags upstairs as we were on the top floor, but it wasn't an issue as we chose top floor.

A great location in Filey town centre with allocated parking, the very modern apartment was light and airy with everything you need. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped with good quality furnishings and kitchen equipment. As it was very cold it was lovely to come back to the apartment, turn up the heating and relax. Thoroughly recommended.

Location was excellent very close resturants, beach and bars, quite for town centre , competativley priced. Apartment very well fitted out all mod cons. Would definitely stay in the apartment block again.
