This was our 2nd time at No11 Belle House, it's a perfect apartment in the perfect location. Everything about it is perfect, we can't say a bad word about it.

Flat was lovely and clean and facilities were excellent. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful accommodation in the centre of Filey with a dedicated parking space. The apartment was of a high standard, modern very clean and comfortable. Everything you need home from home has been thought of. We look forward to returning.

These apartments are everything you require for a relaxing holiday the location is in the centre of Filey with independent retailers ,cafes, bars and restaurants. The accommodation is furnished with a modern flair ,kitchen wise there is every utensil, dishes etc that you require including a full sized fridge freezer and washing machine . The lounge and bedroom both have a full size smart tv free Wi-Fi to the apartment for guests is also included . Cleanliness is above and beyond within the apartments and communal stairways etc . Another welcomed added bonus is the apartments come with a parking space . We can quite honestly say we have never stayed anywhere else and felt so relaxed and made to feel welcome. The flat was really nice, the kitchen and sitting room was big and the bed was really comfortable. The shops and the beach was on our doorstep so it was easily accessible.

Another lovely stay at Finest Retreat Apartments Filey . The accommodation is modern & exceptionally clean throughout . The bedroom has a super comfortable bed & bathroom houses a fabulous over the bath shower . The kitchen area has every convenience you can think of l with full size smart tvs to lounge & bedroom. With an added bonus of one private parking bay for each of the apartments . Finest Retreats apartments are conveniently situated in the middle of Filey with public houses, bars ,cafes ,gardens & local shops . Filey itself is beautiful with a promenade overlooking the beach making it an ideal place for both scenic walks to fun days out by the sea for all the family young & old .
On our last stay we met the Housekeeping team who I can only describe as lovely. The Finest Retreat team at the Head office are amazing & go above & beyond to make your booking & stay as enjoyable as it could possibly be .

Second time stopping here, spotlessly clean modern centrally based accommodation with everything you need including your own parking space. We love it here and will be returning soon.

It is our second time staying in these beautiful apartments in Filey . We have already booked for later on this year and also 2025 . The location is just perfect for shopping , eating out , visiting the local attractions the beach is beautiful for a family day out or an evening stroll along the promenade. For anyone wanting to stay book these apartments I can categorically say you will not disappointed . There is everything that you need with it is very well equipped from full sized fridge freezer , washing machine , dishwasher, utensils galore , pots and pans and to top your stay off the apartment has two good sized smart tvs , also has games for you to entertain yourselves every need is catered for . It is a very comfortable home from home with comfortable furnishings and the bed is beyond comfortable too. The large windows give the apartment a bright and airy feel . We cannot wait to return later on in the year . We must also give a shout out to the amazing staff on site that look after the apartments as they do a fantastic job keeping everything spick and span . Also the staff at finest retreats head office are amazing and nothing is to much, ask and they will be there to help . Thank you once again for an amazing stay .

Heating on during the night, have to spend a bit of time working out how to get it back on when we came in for a walk, it was a bit hit & miss but it did NOT spoil our stay. Had a few problems with the TV trying to get normal channels, but our TV controls at home are very different, (we thought there would be a DVD player) we are not very technically minded so we managed OK & again it did NOT spoil our stay, we are already sorting out dates to return here in 2025.

Property was well equipped, clean and in a good location close enough to all local amenities. Dedicated parking space is very handy and I could imagine this even more so in the summer months. Enjoyed our stay.

it was slightly dark in the lounge but might be better in summer.

This was a beautiful spacious apartment. Perfect for the two of us plus evening guests for drinks and playing games etc.
Situated perfectly for all the amenities and a convenient car park. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed plus amazing soft towels in the bathroom

Beautiful well equipped apartment. Lovely bedroom with large comfortable bed and flat screen TV. High quality furnishings and linen. Really good to have a private parking space at the rear. Location excellent, plenty of restaurants and takeaways within a few minutes walk. Seafront 5 minutes walk away. The apartment was very clean. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was new, fresh and very well appointed with good quality fittings and features. The location was very central and therefore handy for walks, shops, eateries and the beach - and with an allocated parking spot, no need to hunt around on your return. We loved the layout and the space - perfect for the two of us.
