We’ve all thoroughly enjoyed our week in Beddgelert, which is wonderfully picturesque nestled among the mountains. Makes a great base for many local hikes and for the proximity to Portmeirion, the start of the Watkin Path up Yr Wyddfa, which we all cbekijk meer
We’ve all thoroughly enjoyed our week in Beddgelert, which is wonderfully picturesque nestled among the mountains. Makes a great base for many local hikes and for the proximity to Portmeirion, the start of the Watkin Path up Yr Wyddfa, which we all conquered in glorious weather.
There was nothing better after a long day in the mountains than relaxing with an ice-cold drink in the back garden watching the river flow and spotting wildlife. Dinner at Hebog and the Beddgelert ice cream were fantastic. Great memories to cherish. Thanks for a superb stay! The Brown Family. |

A lovely cottage. Kitchen very well equipped. Having rivers at bottom of garden was beautiful. Lovely area to explore with walks, waterfalls, hills and valleys.
Picked up fish and chips in Porthmadog and drove to Black Rock Sands to eat them – couldbekijk meer

We have had a brilliant stay here and our kids + dog enjoyed cooling down in the river.
We have enjoyed spending time in the village, a boat trip from Anglesey, paddleboarding in Llanberis and a trip to King Arthur’s Labyrinth. Pretty sure we have tbekijk meer

The key box at the door was not working. After spending about 10 mins trying to open it and getting very anxious as we arrived late at night, we discovered another key box hidden in wall. Old one could easily be removed or better communications arounbekijk meer

Old one could easily be removed or better communications around this. Also there was a lot of stacked up recycling rubbish in back garden that looked liked it was there for months, very off putting when you first open the back door. There was also old dog poo in small bit of grass in garden. Windows in need to painting to improve overall appearance of house.

Beautiful house equipped with every convenience, including a washing machine with built-in dryer, a bathtub, and a large fridge-freezer combination. The back garden borders a stream and has views of the mountains. It was wonderful to fall asleep in tbekijk meer

It is also an excellent base for a variety of beautiful walking routes. Some start in the village itself, while others require a 5–20 minute drive. Tip: find the path that climbs the mountain you can see from the back garden and continue walking for 20–30 minutes. You’ll arrive in a stunning natural area that is not listed as a popular hiking route. There’s a 360-degree panoramic view, and you can walk around for an hour without encountering anyone. |

We have stayed for the Easter weekend (mum +3 boys) Weather hasn't been great, Storm Dave! But we were cosy. We enjoyed biking and ice creams in the village.

We had a very comfortable stay her in Riverstone Cottage. It was clean, homely and beautifully decorated. Everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided. We were lucky to enjoy some very sunny days and the stunning views made our stay ebekijk meer
