The booking was easy and communication prompt and informative. The check in went smoothly, Pauline introduced herself and showed us around and then left us to it for the rest of the weekend. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The accommodation was spacious but cosy. The garden was private, tidy and calming. The hot tub was clean and well looked after. Loads of information provided on what you could do in the local area. Overall a lovely relaxing weekend, just what we needed.

More than enough room for 2 people, and the kitchen had everything we could need. the hot tub was an amazing addition, we used it daily after our long walks. perfect.

Pauline & Paul were super friendly. Accommodation was very snug and warm. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice big TV and comfy sofa for the evenings in. Added bonus of the Hot Tub after a hard days walking. Ideally located for Ludlow, ShrewsburyTelford. Short walk into Craven Arms. Buss stops to LudlowShrewsbury right across the road. Walks and historic stuff all around.

The Annexe is a very well equipped, comfortable cottage. which is an ideal base for much that Shropshire has to offer, being within easy reach of Shrewsbury and Ludlow. Stokesay Castle (which shouldn't be missed) is minutes away. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed, including the fantastic hot tub. We had a really relaxing break and would not hesitate to return and recommend to others.

However, the highlight was the stunning garden, which featured everything you could imagine: a hot tub, barbecue, lounge chairs—you name it, they had it all. This place is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Our host, Pauline, warmly welcomed us, handed over the keys, and gave us a tour of the house. She even provided a lovely welcome pack, which was a thoughtful touch. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely return. If you're considering this property, trust me—the pictures don’t do it justice.

The Kitchen large and well equipped. The bedroom is very large but with a standard double. Good sized en-suite too. The host helpful and answered all of our questions . The Hot tub was lovely. The décor is a bit dated, but the property was clean and tidy. It is in a great location for visiting the local area, just a bit close to the A49 come Monday morning with early morning traffic but we didn't notice the noise at the weekend.

Second time staying and I’ll be back a third and more. Lovely home and wonderful host!

Welcoming Hosts. Spotlessly clean, we'll equipped. Host provided a small hamper and lovely presents under a lovely Christmas tree. Would love to visit again.

The Grove Annexe was very cozy and private, it was very spacious and had everything you could thing of needing catered for. The hot tub was undercover so you can enjoy it what ever the weather. The hosts were very friendly and made you feel welcome, thank you for an amazing stay, We will definitely be back

The Grove Annex was 'Perfect'. Pauline and Paul have made it a lovely place to stay, with everything you could need. The garden was lovely, sitting in the hot tub, watching all the birds. Inside was very comfortable and immaculately clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Had a wonderful week. The accommodation and weather were excellent. Pauline made us feel very welcome and was most helpful. Grove Annexe has everything you could wish for.

We liked the quality of the accommodation and the central location to Ludlow and the surrounding attractions. The privacy of the accommodation allowed for a very relaxing time and the use of an immaculate and private hot tub was a bonus. The garden area was very pretty at night due to it being decorated with attractive lighting. The hosts were friendly and respectful of our privacy. We had a great time and it was a pleasure to meet Pauline, Paul and Charlotte.

Loved this place. Warm, clean and comfortable. Owners really friendly. Had everything we needed including a few extras like small bottles of wine! Hot tub was fabulous. Great location for getting to Ludlow or Church Stretton. Had a lovely meal in The Plough Inn (walking distance up the road) and they were also very amenable. Would also recommend The Stables and the Indian Raza's in the centre of Craven Arms. We will be returning - perhaps to the other more log-cabin like accommodation they have next door. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Grove Annexe is a great space for two with a all 4 rooms being a very good size. It is comfortable, well furnished and well equipped. It was good to have pleasant garden sitting areas, and the hot tub is a fun extra.
It is located by the A49, so easy to find and. It is also well positioned for getting to the many and varied attractions of South Shropshire.
There’s a pub in walking distance. An excellent visitor centre with local walks only a few miles away. There are castles, market towns, local produce, and wonderful hills and walking. Lots to do and yet the area has a quiet feel.
I should also mention the friendly and helpful owners next door.

Accommodation

Grove annex is the perfect place for a couple. Even though it is designed for two it was very spacious and the owners had thought of everything we could need. The hot tub is in a very private garden and was a welcome relief after the many walks we did around the beautiful surroundings. The owners are lovely, very welcoming and helpful. We have stayed in many great homes in this country and abroad but this has been the best house with the nicest owners.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It will forever be remembered. After 10 long months apart we were able to self isolate in this beautiful annexe together. Where we also happened to get engaged in also 😍 there was everything we could possibly needwant. The hot tub was amazing and the lights at night really made it extra special. Everything was spectacular. Just wonderful. Thankyou.

It's in a perfect location for exploring Shropshire AONB. There's a village pub within walking distance and Craven Arms is only a mile away.
