There were a few finishes that weren’t perfect, like the tap didn’t work in the bath (used the shower head instead) and there weren’t loads of mugs- fine for us as only two adults but if the cottage had been full we’d have had to do a lot of washing bekijk meer

The first night we were there all the smoke alarms kept going off every 10 minutes…..after about 2 hours we were able to get in contact with someone to sort it out, they were very responsive!

Beautiful home in a gorgeous surrounding! We went there to climb Snowdon, it was close enough with lots of little villages and towns to explore.

Stayed with friends. Excellent place to stay for exploring north wales, an hour from snowdonia, decent shops only a few mins in the car away. Hot tub was a real bonus after all the hiking. We had a fantastic trip overall.

Fantastic cottage. Clean, tidy and very quaint. Only one bathroom, but not a problem for a family of four. Visited the pub across the road for a drink. Beer garden was nice but pub itself was a bit tatty and unloved. Didn’t put a downer on the holiday, though. Overall, I’d thoroughly recommend the accommodation.

Beautiful stay in the perfect location. Off the beaten track, with stunning surroundings. We did the most amazing 15km walk straight from the doorstep and ended at the pub no more than 10 steps from our front door. The cottage itself is a beautifully modern meets rustic house with a private garden. It boasts incredibly comfy beds. And of course benefits include roll top bath, hot tub and log fire. Stocked with games and books and the front room that became known as cosy-tosy breakfast club was ideal for early morning coffee and a snuggle. Overall loved this stay and will definitely be back!

This was our second trip to Tegannedd! This year we returned with a few other members of the family. This cottage has everything you need and more with the added bonus of the hot tub. Perfect spot for exploring North Wales and some fantastic walks nearby. Thanks again

Fabulous trip to beautiful Tegannedd cottage. Loved how modern the decor was (especially the bathroom and outside decking) but how the old features like the slate flooring in the kitchen and above the wood burner made it feel homey and reminded you of where you were in the beautiful Ffestiniog. Locals in the pub and shop just up the road, all really welcoming. This house was perfect for me, my boyfriend and two other family members. We were celebrating a birthday and this house was the perfect location. The kitchen/dining area was perfect for entertaining. We enjoyed using the board games provided around the table whilst the log burner was roughing. Bedrooms were all clean and we had the best sleeps in the comfy beds. Let’s not forget the amazing hot tub with views to die for. We loved how it was sunk into the decking and provided amazing views that looked good first thing in the morning and at sunset. This place is a must stay. Plenty of walk to do just from the front door. My only two negatives: 1. It would be nice to get wood provided for the fire for the full amount of days. 2. A down stairs toilet would be helpful (especially when using the hot tub area).

Great little house in a great location, we enjoyed our stay a lot. The house is equipped with everything that is needed and is very clean and tidy. Checking in and out was very easy and the hosts were very easy to contact and very help full. Would 100% recommend and would stay again.
