When we arrived there were no towels. I called up and the lady said she would get someone to bring us some (which never happened) we had to make do with pillow cases and other bits to dry off all weekend which wasn't ideal at all. Also there was a dirty towel left in a drawer in one of the bedrooms.

I know the booking was relatively last minute but there were problems with getting our information to the holiday park due to permissions not being given to access the Google form. In the future I would suggest finding a different way for information to be submitted or to remove the need for permissions. Luckily the staff at the holiday park were understanding and the potential parking charges we would have incurred happily waived. I would also add the following:

Wifi. It was great that the television connected to amazon and Netflix but the mobile signal kept dropping out which was frustrating. I would happily pay a little more to stay for access to wifi.

A guest information book. We weren't sure what facilities, if any, on the holiday park we could use. Also, we were relatively new to the area so weren't sure where the closest supermarket, attractions etc might be. Having a folder with this kind of information would be a great extra.
