The property was in immaculate condition, both well-appointed and clean. There was everything you needed to get on with your holiday, right down to all the main kitchen utensils. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower and bath, not that the bath was used. The two bedrooms were spacious, especially the double which was really big. The outdoor area is excellent, and the location is pretty central for day trips to all the main sights. We went as far as Polperro and in the opposite direction Lands End, with each of those trips about an hour each way. We enjoyed being in a peaceful area with supermarkets 5-10 mins in the car, and cooking at home on an evening in a quiet location.
