If you’re reading this and wondering whether to book Torino Lodge, my
advice is simple: DO IT! This place is absolutely outstanding.

Our family stayed here for a long weekend, and it was so good that I
couldn’t leave without sharing our experience. From the moment we
arrived, everything was perfect. The lodge itself is immaculate –
honestly one of the cleanest and most well-kept places we’ve ever
stayed. Comfort, style, and attention to detail are all 10/10.

But what truly sets Torino Lodge apart are the hosts, Roberto and
Loretta. They are incredible – not only welcoming and friendly but
genuinely go above and beyond for their guests. They helped me through a
personal situation where they had absolutely no obligation to step in,
yet they did so wholeheartedly. That level of care is rare, and I’ll be
forever grateful.

This place doesn’t just tick every box it creates new ones you didn’t
even know you had. We left with amazing memories and a promise to return.

Would I recommend Torino Lodge? 100% YES – without hesitation!

This new, purpose built, modern, Italian styled Lodge is finished with high quality fittings and equipment inside and out. The Lodge is absolutely immaculate, bright and airy, with a vaulted ceiling and velux windows in the open plan living and kitchen area. The whole place is well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great to have a shower room as well as an en suite shower, both equipped with rain showers and the tallest, hottest towel rails we've ever seen - lovely during our stay in December! The garden area is fully paved and includes a lot of thoughtful touches such as an outside tap for washing bikes, security lighting, and seating. The owner lives next door. He gave us genuine warm and friendly welcome and helped out with everything we asked about. We have been really pleased with our stay and plan to return for longer next year.

Very modern with a well-equipped kitchen and decent outdoor area for dining. Roberto was very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We had a welcome card and snacks which was a lovely touch. He kindly offered us a late check out too knowing we were at a gig in Cardiff which is 40 minutes away via train. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area and highly recommend to others!

Quiet location, but very close to bus stops, a decent pub and a decent Indian take-away. A short drivea medium length walk to the train stationthe other way to major supermarkets. Very new and clean, and set up in a really practical way to make best use of the space available. Kitchen is well equipped and has almost everything you could need. The outdoor terrace (with views of the hills) is a lovely spot to chill out if the weather behaves itself, but if not the house itself is relatively spacious and has lots of natural light. It also seems to stay pleasantly warm even on cooler days.

Dog and mountain bike friendly. Important for us was safe parking for the van - a quiet cul-de-sac with off street parking. It's convenient for Bike Park Wales and a 20 minute cycle ride to Cwmcarn Forest and MTB trails (go via the train station bridge and river path). The hosts were lovely, respectful of our space and very helpful. We will be back!!!

Spotlessly clean and everything is well made. We rented it so my elderly father could stay somewhere on one level and he could get around the lodge easily. Roberto made us very welcome and there was a generous supply of teas coffee milk biscuits and cleaning products. Quiet pretty location, within a short distance from a pub, chip shop and a Sainsbury’s and a short drive to a large town. The gardens would be wonderful at a warmer time of year. If you like a firm pillow at night take one. But Torino lodge is a lovely little escape. Many thanks
