Fabulous centrally located apartment.

The apartment was excellent, very nicely furnished with everything we needed. Location was great - close to all that Ripon had to offer. Parking was also a bonus.

Location was perfect, place was immaculate

Very spacious and clean, perfect for a couples stay. The apartment contains everything you need for your stay even a pint of fresh milk in the fridge too. Linen and towels were very fresh and spotless to add to our comfort. It is located within the middle of Ripon which was great with shops, restaurants and pubs on the doorstep. The parking space was easy to access and nice and wide for bigger cars. There are stairs involved for access but this is made clear by the host. We enjoyed the exercise in any event. We met most of the neighbours during our stay and they were very friendly too. We would highly recommend this property to others and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location. Very clean and comfortable apartment and have stayed twice now with plans to go back. Olivers Pantry amazing for breakfast& lunch and Marios for dinner. Can highly recommend!

Pristine, clean, comfortable bed, fabulous location, everything we needed was there. Very much home from home, VERY highly recommended.

Had a hiccup with bedding for the sofa bed on arrival. Couldn't contact the agent because it was a Sunday, but the owner sorted it out on Monday. Happy to recommend again, just make sure they know if you're planning on using the sofa bed.

Excellent location for Ripon town centre and cathedral, allocated parking, space and layout of flat. Good quality furniture, fittings and kitchen crockery, pans, cutlery. Nice touch providing fresh milk in the fridge. Good helpful service from finest retreats. This is our 2nd visit and we hope to be back next year too.

The owner has added so many touches that it feels like home. There is not one thing which didn’t match the description. It was spotlessly clean & the welcome could not have been warmer even more so because of our personal circumstances & the fact that our early arrival caused some issues for the owner & cleaner. We needed some quiet time because of our personal issues. & we could not have been happier with our stay. Would we come back? In a heartbeat!

Very clean and well presented. Well equipped kitchen, pint of milk was a lovely touch as well as the complementary tea and coffee.
Private parking a bonus, access stairs to the back of the property from parking spot not for the infirm !
Was race weekend and we were anxious about noise but great double glazing which kept noise out.

Great location on the main town square of Rippon, and ideal to have your own parking space for the apartment. The property is very nicely furnished and clean. Ideal for walking straight out into the centre to all local restaurants and bars.

beautifully decorated and immaculately clean

A lovely, pristine apartment in a great location. Being country folk we enjoyed a mini break in the bustling metropolis of Ripon, there is always something to watch from the window - especially at 9pm every night when the watchman sets the watch with his hornblowing! We used the apartment as a base and travelled into the dales on one day and then enjoyed Ripon's market on Thursday and visited the interesting cathedral. Plenty of shops and eateries a tiny stroll away. The apartment itself was warm and welcoming with comfortable furniture, an unexpected extra was Netflix on the Smart TV. The bathroom was always warm, with an easy to adjust heated towel rail that kept the room toasty,the shower was good with plentiful hot water. Parking was no trouble, and although the entrance from the car park is up several flights of metal steps these were sturdy enough to use without worry. A 5 star establishment.

Great location and parking facilities, easy to find contrary to other reviews. There are so many places to eat and drink in the town centre. Wifi was faultless and TV facility with everything in the kitchen required for a self catering trip.

Market view, indeed, has a superb view of the market square. And it is in the heart of the town.

It's easy to find and sort the parking. There is a metal bollard saving the space and is accessed by a key in a lock box on the wall at the back of the space.

You can also park in a loading space at the front of the apartment block to offload, saving the scary climb, as you need a good head for heights to use the external staircase.

During the day, you can not hear a sound from the cafe bar below.

There are loads of great walks from the apartment as well as cycling routesplaces to drive to.
