The step up from parking area at back of property is very high as is the step up to the back door. It was very challenging for us both as have mobility issues. Grab rails on the wall might help.
Lack of shelves in both bathrooms to put creams etc.

Needing a place to stay when visiting family in Saltash we found that this ticked all the boxes. Importantly we didn't want to rent a car and the location met this splendidly. We could walk to Fore Street to eat and do a bit of grocery shopping, gebekijk meer

We could walk to Fore Street to eat and do a bit of grocery shopping, get to the bus stop to get around and take a short walk to the rail station to go further afield. The house was quiet, the beds were comfortable and it had all that we needed for a short stay.

There were two things we would have liked but aren't deal breakers. A few thicker bed pillows for those of us that like a fluffier experience. The other is to have more than 2 keys (maybe 2 extra in the unit?) as there were 4 adults staying in our bekijk meer

This is a lovely place to stay. The house is very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It is well located and only a short drive from some great spots like beaches and good walks. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved our stay here while seeing family in the area. Was great for kids and the amenities were good although a dryer would have topped it off. Would definitely stay here again
