Welcome to Parade Watch, a well-located apartment perfect for two, right in the heart of beautiful Bath. Just a 15-minute stroll takes you to some of the city’s most iconic attractions, including the Roman Baths, the Royal Crescent and The Circus. You’ll also be within easy reach of the Thermae Bath Spa, The Recreation Ground (home of Bath Rugby), and a fantastic selection of shops, cafés and restaurants.

Despite its central setting, it provides a quiet and comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Inside, you’ll find everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a welcoming living area with a Smart TV and dining space, a comfortable double bed and a modern shower room. Just off the kitchen, there is a small courtyard area with access to a boiler room that houses the tumble dryer.

While there is no parking at the property due to its central location, guests can make use of the Lansdown Park & Ride. It’s an easy and stress-free option—parking is affordable at around £4 for 24 hours, followed by a short bus ride and a pleasant 5-minute walk through the park to reach the apartment.

The apartment is located on the lower ground floor, so there are stairs leading down to the entrance.

Parade Watch is perfectly positioned in one of Bath’s most charming and convenient areas. Just moments away is Walcot Street, known for its independent shops, artisan cafés and relaxed, creative feel. A short walk brings you into the historic city centre, where you can explore stunning Georgian architecture, boutique shopping and cultural highlights. From riverside walks to spa days and evenings spent in cosy pubs or excellent restaurants, everything you could want from a stay in Bath is right on your doorstep.
