    Description

    Ruby Villa is a stunning chic apartment in a classic period building of Bath Stone. A real hidden gem, it is ideally placed for exploring the beautiful city of Bath, famous for its Georgian architecture and surviving Roman Baths.

    Newly refurbished to a very high standard, the apartment is the ultimate luxury escape for your city break or family holiday.

    As you enter through the porch, there is a spacious and welcoming entrance hall with beautiful feature stained glass windows. A huge bay window invites you through into the open plan kitchen, living and dining space, a wonderfully bright and stylish double aspect room. With views out over greenery behind the house, this is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the delights of the city.
    There is a large comfortable sofa and extra-large armchair, complete with plush cushions. The flat screen TV has smart capability, so you can log-on to all your favourite platforms for movies and on demand TV.

    The rustic chic dining table seats 4 comfortably, with space for extra chairs where needed.
    The kitchen is very well-equipped, providing everything you will need to create your favourite cuisine, or that all important family breakfast for a great start to your day. There is a full oven and hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
    There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate utility cupboard off the porch.

    All three bedrooms are dressed immaculately, with beautiful décor and plenty of storage. The master bedroom has another huge bay window, making it a bright and airy room. Both this and the second bedroom have king-size beds, with the third having a full size bunk bed offering two singles.

    The family bathroom is modern and tiled, having a bath, a separate shower enclosure, basin and close-coupled WC.

    The immediate local vicinity of Bear Flat is flush with facilities, having convenience stores, shops and cafes within easy walking distance such as The Good Bear, and Da Vinci Italian Deli. There is also Menu Gordan Jones, a highly regarded restaurant that is one of best reviewed in all of Bath.

    The apartment benefits from easy access to a footpath leading directly into town, meaning the city centre is only a 15 minute walk away.

    There is also a Sustrans cycle trail which offers multiple routes completely away from roads for 5 miles from Bath to Wellow. Furthermore, there is the infamous two tunnels cycle path, which takes the rider through mile-long tunnels and on routes past aqueducts and viaducts.

    Bath and the surrounding area offer an incredible range of attractions to visit, from the world-famous old Roman Baths and Pump Rooms where you can sample the spring waters – right through to the modern day Thermae Spa, where you can bathe in the open air roof-top pool, and experience the sensory steam rooms with different aromas.

    There are various traditional tea-rooms, perhaps the most famous being Sally Lunn’s, where you can try the old-fashioned ‘Bath buns’ an afternoon tea favourite which is unique to the city.
