Ness-side Apartment is a spacious second-floor apartment in Inverness, ideally located for a city break and for exploring the Highlands. The River Ness is just a couple of minutes’ walk away, while Eden Court Theatre is around five minutes on foot. The city centre, with its shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs, is also within easy walking distance.

The apartment has a large living room with a Freeview Smart TV. The kitchen and dining room is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine and dryer, with dining space for guests to enjoy meals during their stay. There are two bedrooms, with the first bedroom having a kingsize bed and the second having two single beds. The shower room has a cubicle shower and toilet.

The apartment is well placed for exploring Inverness on foot. The River Ness provides walks along both banks and across its islands, with routes continuing towards the Caledonian Canal and the Great Glen Way. Riverside bars, cafés and restaurants can be reached in under ten minutes, while the pedestrianised High Street, Eastgate Shopping Centre and Inverness Castle Experience are also nearby.

There are several leisure attractions close to the apartment, including the Aquadome, an ice rink, mini-golf and the children's play area at Whin Park. The River Ness is also popular for fishing, with day tickets available from the Inverness Angling Club. The tennis club next door is open to visitors.

Inverness is a popular base for golfers, with courses including Nairn, Nairn Dunbar, Royal Dornoch, the King's Course and Cabot Highland within around an hour's drive. Fortrose and Rosemarkie is another option, with the course located on the coast. Nearby Chanonry Point is known for its bottlenose dolphins, which can be seen in season.

The apartment also provides easy access to many of the Highlands' best-known attractions. The North Coast 500 can be explored to the north, while the Moray Firth coastline and beaches around Nairn are within easy reach to the east. Culloden Battlefield and the Black Isle are also close by, with the latter reached via the Kessock Bridge. To the south-west is Loch Ness, where visitors can take a boat cruise, while the Cairngorms National Park to the south offers opportunities for hill walking, climbing and winter skiing. The Isle of Skye is around an hour and three-quarters' drive away and makes an excellent longer day trip.

Private parking for two cars is available, and one small or medium-sized dog is welcome.
