Nestled within 200-year-old Southdown Farm, this beautifully renovated retreat sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just moments from the South West Coastal Path.

    Little Granary boasts a bright and airy open-plan living space, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a compact utility room featuring a washing machine and dryer. Although there is no kettle inside the property, there is a Quooker boiling tap in the kitchen. You will find a spacious bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed, large fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Step outside to the front patio area, where you can relax and soak up the Devonshire sunshine.

    Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or a romantic escape, Little Granary provides a luxurious and comfortable base. Enjoy stunning walks to Soar Mill Cove, Salcombe, Bolberry, and Hope Cove, or simply relax in the beautifully designed interiors. Soar Mill Cove is only a short walk away making Little Granary the perfect place for coastal walks or relaxing on the beach.

    There is parking on site for 1 car. Please note that Little Granary does not allow dogs. There is a virtually no mobile network connection available at this property.

Would recommend Kingsbridge for any shopping, Dartmouth is a must and best parking close to the river is Mayors car park, get use to using carpark apps or take several pound coins.
