    Introducing No. 11 Porthminster at Harlequins, a comfortable 2-bedroom apartment with stunning sea views stretching all the way across Carbis Bay to Gwithian’s golden sandy beaches. St Ives is renowned for its perfect natural lighting, which turns the sea an electric turquoise blue. This makes it a popular destination for artists and tourists alike.

    Families like this property for its central location and all the comforts of home including electric oven and gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen table makes for a perfect spot to perch and drink your morning coffee, tucking into freshly baked pastries bought from one of the many artisan bakeries in town. St Ives offers an extensive variety of restaurants, cafes and pubs, and the apartment is conveniently placed to access all of this, right on your doorstep!

    There is a master double bedroom with views reaching down to Godrevy Head, and a second bunk room to accommodate another two guests. You can gaze out across the bay from the comfort of the spacious lounge/diner or pop on a DVD to watch on the 43' Flat-Screen Digital Smart TV.

    The seaside themed family bathroom has walk in shower, WC and hand basin, and for convenience there is a washer/drier located in the kitchen.

    No.11 is perfectly placed to visit Porthminster beach only 300m away, a gorgeous sheltered sandy beach, making it ideal for a family day out. St Ives is known for its quaint alleyways, and winding narrow streets, filled with beautiful independent shops, historic buildings and world class galleries, including the famous Tate Gallery and The Barbara Hepworth Museum. You can even visit a local chocolate factory, ‘I should Coco’ and sign up for workshop, or just fill up on scrumptious chocolate treats to take home.

    The apartment has a car parking space to the left of the building and there are picnic benches located on an outside terrace. The apartment is accessed by stairs, and they may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.

Location was great for us but it is at the top of a couple of hills and then the top floor of the apartment block so something to be aware of if you are not very physical fitable. We stayed over Christmas and the hosts left out two wrapped presents which were biscuits and a puzzle. This was a really nice touch, thank you.
