Spanning across two levels, the upper floor hosts a spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area, making the most of the picturesque views. Wi-Fi is included during your stay, along with BT TV. Step out onto the large private terrace from the living area, furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for indulging in al fresco dining while soaking in the stunning surroundings.
On the lower floor, you'll discover two elegantly appointed bedrooms: one super king-size bedroom with an ensuite double shower, and a second bedroom offering twin beds alongside an adjacent family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

The last time we visited in a February and didn’t have the benefit of the amazing balcony (adverse weather), but were able to truly appreciate it this time. Apartment had everything needed by us four and parking is so convenient. Very comfortable bedsee more

The apartment is wonderfully clean and cosy. Great views and very well equipped. Having the car parking space was really helpful too. Overall would recommend and the owners were very friendly and helpful.

The Penthouse was perfectly situated alongside the river and the city centre was a five minute walk away. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and it was very useful to have a designated parking space because parking appears to be expensive isee more

It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and it was very useful to have a designated parking space because parking appears to be expensive in York. The housekeeper was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. The beds were comfortable and the living area worked well for us. We even managed to cook Christmas lunch for our family and we all had a lovely stay.
