Once an apple store and home to the original cider press, the cottage retains its character with exposed wooden beams while providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Surrounded by nature, it's the perfect base for exploring South East Cornwall or simply unwinding in a tranquil setting.

Inside, the cottage features a cosy open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals during your stay, while the comfortable living area offers a peaceful place to unwind. The cottage includes a king-size bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and shower over.

Outside, a private patio overlooks the beautiful grounds and tranquil lake, making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or al fresco dining during the summer months. Guests are welcome to explore the shared gardens, lake and gazebo, where you'll discover an abundance of wildlife and, on clear nights, spectacular dark skies for stargazing.

Although tucked away in the countryside, The Cider Barn is ideally located for visiting the charming harbours of Looe, Polperro and Fowey, along with the beautiful beaches of both Cornwall's south and north coasts. The nearby village of Herodsfoot is just half a mile away, where you can join the scenic West Looe Valley Trail.
