The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, combination microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, while the dining table for two is ideal for enjoying a meal at home after a day out exploring.

The cottage has a spacious king-size bedroom, offering plenty of room to settle in after a day discovering the local area. The bathroom has both a walk-in shower and a generous bath, giving guests the choice of a quick shower or a longer soak.

Outside, the lawned garden wraps around the side and rear of the property, with mature shrubs and flower borders adding to its appeal. The decked area provides space to enjoy a meal outdoors. Whether sitting outside with a morning coffee or making the most of a summer evening, the garden offers a pleasant spot to spend time. Private parking is available at the front of the cottage.

There is plenty to explore close by, with Foxley Wood just three miles away. This ancient woodland is particularly worth visiting in spring, when the woodland floor is covered in bluebells, and offers a network of paths for peaceful walks throughout the year. The nearby market town of Reepham, also three miles away, is home to a historic marketplace, independent shops and traditional pubs, making it a good choice for a relaxed afternoon out.

For those looking to explore further, the city of Norwich is around 20 miles away. Visit its two cathedrals and Norman castle, browse the shops or enjoy the city's varied selection of cafés, restaurants and pubs. The Norfolk coast is also approximately 20 miles north, where the traditional seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham offer beaches, independent shops and coastal walking routes. Further along the coast, Cley-next-the-Sea is well known for its bird reserve, attracting wildlife enthusiasts throughout the year.
