Inside the open-plan living space is light, modern and thoughtfully styled, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two bedrooms offer flexible sleeping: a king-size bedroom and a second room with twin beds that can be converted into a king-size on request. The garden view conservatory, complete with wicker furniture, provides a lovely spot to relax.
Outside the enclosed garden is perfect for laid-back afternoons, with a lawn, patio seating and a BBQ. With the beach, pub and café all within walking distance, and Rye just a short drive away, you’re well placed for both seaside simplicity and a touch of exploring.
Parking is available on-street on a private road, and guests also have access to bicycle storage in the garden shed. For everyone’s comfort and safety, we remind guests that candles, vaping, and charging of electric vehicles are not permitted at the property.
