Welcome to Oak Leaf Cottage. This comfortable two-bedroom cottage offers a relaxing stay for up to four guests, combining original features such as exposed beams and stonework- it’s a great choice for couples, friends or a small family looking to unwind in peaceful surroundings.
The kitchen and dining area is well equipped and thoughtfully laid out, offering plenty of workspace and storage for preparing meals during your stay. Just off the kitchen you will find a convenient utility room with a washing machine. One of the king-size bedrooms is located on the ground floor and provides a calm space to rest. The bed can be made up into 2 singles upon request at the time of booking. Also downstairs is a en-suite bathroom, complete with a shower, WC and wash basin.
Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious living room with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and a wood-burning stove that creates a welcoming and cosy atmosphere . The second king-size bedroom is also on this floor and offers a bright and comfortable space with the added benefit of a private en-suite bathroom. The en-suite includes a walk-in shower, free-standing bath, WC and bidet, giving guests extra comfort and convenience.
Outside, there is a private seating area where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink in the fresh Devon air. The cottage also benefits from private parking, making your stay easy and convenient. Guests have access to the 25 acres of land surrounding the cottage.
Situated in the village of Beaworthy, Oak Leaf Cottage is well placed for exploring the surrounding countryside.
