Just off the A39, with the South West Coast Path and countryside walks nearby, it’s a great base for enjoying the best of North Devon.

Inside, the property combines contemporary style with a relaxed home-from-home feel. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area provide everything needed for a comfortable stay, while the adjoining lounge offers a choice of seating and a Smart TV for relaxing after a day out. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The two spacious bedrooms are positioned either side of the lounge, with one featuring a super-king-size bed and the other a king-size bed. Both have plenty of storage and their own en-suite bathroom, with one offering a shower over the bath and the other a walk-in shower.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private enclosed garden with lawn, comfortable seating and a BBQ, perfect for relaxing or dining alfresco. Beyond the garden is a three-acre field with a lake and an adjoining wildlife area, home to rabbits, chickens, ducks, geese and herons. There is also a useful outbuilding for storing bikes and beach equipment.

The location is ideal for exploring the North Devon coast, with Westward Ho! just four miles away, Appledore six miles and Clovelly around eight miles. The Tarka Trail, South West Coast Path, Tapeley Park, Hartland Abbey and RHS Rosemoor Gardens are also all within easy reach.
