Welcome to Holm Barn! A newly completed barn conversion in a secluded countryside setting near the Devon and Cornwall border. Sleeping couples and small families, the property offers spacious open-plan living, modern amenities and a range of entertainment, all just a 10-minute drive from Bude and the nearby coast.

The large open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining and lounge areas, with plenty of room to relax and spend time together. A 360-degree fire creates a central feature, while the pool table, table tennis and film projector provide entertainment throughout your stay. There are two sofa beds available in the open-plan living area, providing additional sleeping space for guests. The barn has one double bedroom with a super king-size bed, a fold-down bunk bed suitable for one or two children, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. There is also a separate WC for added convenience.

Outside, the barn has a gravelled terrace with bistro tables, chairs, benches, a gas BBQ and a fire pit. The mown lawn provides space to enjoy outdoor games, with a football net available. There is ample parking on the large gravel driveway, with plenty of room to turn around. Please note that the driveway is shared with the neighbouring property, so guests are kindly asked to park considerately and leave sufficient space for others.

Holm Barn is ideally placed for exploring both Devon and Cornwall, with the market town of Holsworthy a short drive away. Known for its traditional market-town character, Holsworthy offers a selection of independent shops, cafés, pubs and local amenities, as well as a regular pannier market. The surrounding countryside provides opportunities for walking, cycling and discovering the quieter villages of the area. For a day by the sea, Bude is just a 10-minute drive away, with its sandy beaches, coastal paths, independent shops and places to eat. Explore Summerleaze Beach and its famous sea pool, enjoy a walk along the South West Coast Path or spend an afternoon browsing the town centre. The nearby North Cornwall coast also offers plenty of opportunities for surfing, beach days and scenic coastal walks. Whether you're looking to explore the local towns, enjoy the coast or simply spend time relaxing in the countryside, Holm Barn provides a convenient base for a varied and enjoyable getaway.
