Downstairs, the living room provides a comfortable space to relax after a day exploring the local area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, making it easy to enjoy a relaxed evening at home. The ground floor also has a bathroom with both a bath and shower, offering the choice of a refreshing start to the day or a relaxing soak in the evening.
Upstairs, the cottage has two bedrooms, comprising a twin room and a double bedroom with a king-size bed. Whether travelling as a couple, with friends or as a small family, the two bedrooms provide a comfortable place to settle in after a day out exploring Devon.
Parking is available on the shared driveway, which is also used by the neighbouring property, so guests are kindly asked to park considerately and ensure there is sufficient space for others.
Known for its traditional market-town character, Holsworthy offers a selection of independent shops, cafés, pubs and local amenities, as well as a regular pannier market. The surrounding countryside provides opportunities for walking, cycling and discovering the quieter villages of the area. For a day by the sea, Bude is just a 10-minute drive away, with its sandy beaches, coastal paths, independent shops and places to eat. Explore Summerleaze Beach and its famous sea pool, enjoy a walk along the South West Coast Path or spend an afternoon browsing the town centre. The nearby North Cornwall coast also offers plenty of opportunities for surfing, beach days and scenic coastal walks.
