Downstairs, the living room provides a place to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with both a bath and shower. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one twin room and one double bedroom with a king-size bed. The cottage is suitable for couples, friends or small families looking for a traditional countryside stay.

Holm Barn is a newly completed barn conversion featuring spacious open-plan living and modern amenities. The main living area combines the kitchen, dining and lounge spaces, with a 360-degree fire as a central feature. Entertainment includes a pool table, table tennis and a film projector, providing options for relaxing indoors. The sleeping arrangements comprise a bedroom with a super king-size bed and a fold-down bunk bed suitable for one or two children. The barn also has a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, alongside a separate WC.

Outside there a gravelled terrace furnished with bistro tables, chairs and benches, as well as a gas BBQ and fire pit. A mown lawn provides space for outdoor games, with a football net available. Parking is available on the shared gravel driveway, which serves both properties.

The nearby market town of Holsworthy offers a range of independent shops, cafés, pubs and local amenities, as well as a regular pannier market. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking, cycling and exploring the quieter villages of Devon. For a day at the coast, Bude is approximately a 10-minute drive away. Visitors can enjoy the sandy beaches, explore Summerleaze Beach and its famous sea pool, walk sections of the South West Coast Path or browse the town's independent shops and places to eat.

Further afield, the North Cornwall coast offers opportunities for surfing, beach days and scenic coastal walks, with a variety of seaside towns and villages to discover. The location also provides a convenient base for exploring both Devon and Cornwall, whether you prefer outdoor activities, coastal days out or visits to traditional market towns.
