The heart of the home is the light filled open-plan living space. Comfortable seating is arranged around a wood burner, perfect for cosy evenings after a day outdoors, while patio doors open directly onto the garden. The dining area sits alongside a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, ideal for an easy self-catered getaway. A separate study, complete with a pool table, games and books, provides an ideal space for multi-generational families.
The cottage offers three inviting bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and a stylish en suite shower room. Alongside a second king-size bedroom, and the third bedroom arranged as a twin. A family bathroom with a bath and shower over completes the accommodation.
The home includes Wi-Fi, private parking for three cars and an electric vehicle charging point (available by arrangement with the owner).
Nestled near Nebo, Hedd Wen is ideally located for discovering the highlights of North Wales. The historic town of Caernarfon, with its magnificent UNESCO-listed castle, is within easy reach, while the landscapes of Eryri National Park are just moments away, offering endless opportunities for walking, cycling and adventure.
