Description
Step into the heart of Cawsand, a historic fishing village nestled in Cornwall. This charmingly restored 18th-century gem packed with charm and character. Situated a short walk away from the sandy beach of Cawsand Beach, this lovely cottage is the ideal base for exploring Cornwall's beautiful coast.
This hideaway has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and tranquillity. The cottage features two welcoming king-sized bedrooms, including one with a freestanding bath, the perfect place to unwind while soaking up countryside views. A third bedroom, complete with bunk beds, is perfect for children or small groups. A convenient shower room is next door.
The living room invites you to relax and recharge, with an open fire creating a cosy, warm atmosphere - perfect after a day at the beach. The fully equipped cottage-style kitchen, complete with a dining area, provides everything you will need to prepare and enjoy meals together. You will find a separate utility room just off of the kitchen, while a small courtyard at the back of the cottage is ideal for rinsing off any sandy toes and hanging beach towels.
We welcome one well behaved dog for an additional £25.00 fee.
Cawsand Cottage is less than a minute’s walk from the stunning beach and the vibrant heart of the village, where you’ll find traditional pubs, charming cafes, and unique shops. Cawsand, paired with its neighbouring village Kingsand, is steeped in history, with narrow cobbled streets and a fascinating smuggling heritage. The picturesque Rame Peninsula surrounding the village offers a wealth of walking trails, breathtaking coastal scenery, and tranquil countryside. Whether you’re drawn to the sandy shores, charming narrow streets, or beautiful walks of the Rame Peninsula, Cawsand Cottage offers the perfect combination of timeless charm and modern comfort for your next Cornish adventure.

Love, love, love the cottage. It's so cosy & welcoming. Buster, our dog loved the early morning paddles in the sea - it's so close! Only regret is I didn't take the top room so I could have a bath while listening to the ocean - next time! Thanks you see more

Everyone we met has been so friendly. We ate at The Cross Keys, The Canteen at Maker Heights, The Cliff Top Cafe and the Devonport Inn. We enjoyed each place but The Devonport was perhaps my favourite. We also made daily use of The Cove (Coffee & Ice Cream) and The Stores. Parking in the village car park was easy and safe - this took a weight off our minds. Last but not least, the cottage is truly beautiful, welcoming, cosy and everything had been thought of |

We had a wonderful three night break here in Cawsand, having travelled up from St Ives where we live. We absolutely fell in love with this area, the village and this gorgeous cottage! We walked to Rame Head and Cremyll, they were both 10k walks through the IWALK Cornwall app. So pretty!
The Cottage has everything you could need and is a good place for walking, swimming in the sea, and the local pubs are all very good. Our face was the one on the doorstep, but the bay is very good too. We will definitely be back! |

I am compelled to send a message about how absolutely gorgeous cawsand cottage is!!! You have thought of everything….and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the fairy lights (on the mains!!!), the beautiful decor, the bath, the dressing table, the incredibly comfortable and luxurious bed and bedding! Everything is brand new and well thought out, including the kitchen and utility area….right down to ice in the freezer and doggy towels and poo bags!!! We are enjoying the delicious fairings each morning with our cuppas!!Everything is just perfect.
Beautiful cushions and blankets and glassware and fire! We are absolutely loving coming home and getting cosy after long crisp walks along the coastal path. Thank you for thinking of everything and for caring about good quality and comfort. |

Thoughtfully packed with home comforts to immediately make our hearts and minds relax. We walked, sat out in the warming sunshine, visited the local pubs and enjoyed fish lobster caught just here in Kingsand Bay.. We left refreshed, happy and looking forward to hopefully another visit in days to come. |
