The living room is the ideal place to unwind after a day out, while the kitchen and dining area provides a welcoming space for preparing and sharing meals. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster and microwave, ensuring everything you need for a convenient stay. Also on this level is a handy shower room with WC.
Outside, guests can enjoy the garden, a lovely spot for morning coffee or relaxing in the fresh Devon air. Set slightly apart from the main house is a separate annexe, offering an additional double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room.
Upstairs in the main house, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms designed for a restful night’s sleep. These include a spacious super king bedroom, a welcoming double bedroom, and a twin room that’s perfect for children or friends travelling together. We arrived in the heatwave delighted that the cottage was cool due to the thick stone walls. Pretty, private garden, comfortable beds, village shop, easy drive to Bude. Modern kitchen.

The front door lock is in need of attention. The Yale lock is almost fallen off and the mortice deadlock jams when you lock from inside the house and is impossible to unlock from the inside.
