The cottage and location were great, halfway between Penzance and St Ives. Everything on one level was great for my elderly mother who had told me she was too old to go on holiday again, but she managed this one and enjoyed it! Loved having meals in see more
The cottage and location were great, halfway between Penzance and St Ives. Everything on one level was great for my elderly mother who had told me she was too old to go on holiday again, but she managed this one and enjoyed it! Loved having meals in the beautiful gardens. The new owners had only been there about 5 weeks but most things were perfect. If you are going to make changes use a light touch as the farm looks beautiful as it is.

Only negative was the internet access which was very patchy and without mobile signal here I wanted to keep an eye on my business. This improved once I realised I had to hold my phone up to a window to a signal being sent from an adjacent building.

Beautiful cottage with everything provided for a perfect weeks break. The garden is idyllic with a stream running through, I even saw a heron one morning. The cottage is a few miles out of St ives surrounded by woodland and some lovely walks. The owners live on site and could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
