    Welcome to The View in Shaldon, a beautiful spacious three-bedroom home from home with idyllic views across Teignmouth and Lyme Bay.

    Perfect for families and friends, the welcoming interior boasts a modern and inviting atmosphere, with tasteful décor and comfortable furnishings throughout. The floors are beautifully painted and distressed, adding a charming shabby chic touch. The lounge provides a fantastic space for family, cosy around the log burner on colder evenings, with TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi included during your stay. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including all mod cons and additional dining table.

    From the kitchen/diner step out onto the balcony where you can relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy the tranquillity of your surroundings. It's an idyllic spot for savouring a morning coffee or unwinding with a good book.

    The property boasts three generously sized bedrooms, two double rooms both with ensuite, and one twin room with pull out trundle beds, creating space for up to 8. Please note the trundle beds are suitable for children only, with a maximum of six adults allowed at this home. If all beds are required, one will be placed in the twin room to sleep up to three, with the final bed in the double room for additional floor space.

    Teignmouth is a charming coastal town, renowned for its beautiful beaches, vibrant promenade, and bustling town centre. Guests can take a stroll along the sandy shore, or for the more adventurous thrill seekers water sports such as surfing, paddleboarding, or kayaking are a must. Or perhaps visit the Teignmouth Pier, a Victorian gem that offers stunning views of the Devonshire coastline, along with The Pavilions which offers live performances, music and cinema.

    Parking is available on the driveway of the property for up to two vehicles. Please be aware steep steps are required to access the property, and the garden is across multi-levels.
