Roost Cottage is a stylish and spacious holiday retreat, created from the conversion of a former barn and tractor shed in 2007. With modern features, generous living space and easy access to the coast, Roost Cottage is perfectly suited to memorable holidays throughout the year.

The cottage centres around a bright and inviting open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, designed with comfort and practicality in mind. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays, while the dining and lounge areas provide ample space to come together and relax after a day spent exploring the local coastline and countryside. Outside, guests can enjoy their own seating area, offering the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a leisurely breakfast or make the most of Cornwall's long summer evenings.

Roost Cottage accommodates up to six guests across three comfortable bedrooms. A double bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor, alongside a family bathroom featuring a bath with shower over. Upstairs, two twin bedrooms provide flexible accommodation for families and groups, with one benefiting from a private en-suite shower room.

Guests staying at Roost Cottage have full access to the excellent facilities available across the farm. During the summer months, the outdoor heated swimming pool is a popular place to relax and enjoy the sunshine, while the tennis court provides opportunities for friendly competition. Younger guests can make use of the small adventure playground, visit the friendly farm animals and enjoy time in the games room. The cottage also benefits from ample off-road parking, and one well-behaved dog is welcome.

Located less than a mile from the spectacular sands of Widemouth Bay, Roost Cottage is ideally positioned for making the most of Cornwall's stunning coastline. The beach is renowned for its excellent surfing conditions, wide open sands and breathtaking coastal scenery, making it a favourite destination for visitors of all ages. For those who enjoy walking, scenic routes across the surrounding countryside and along the South West Coast Path offer unforgettable views of the Atlantic Ocean. Nearby Bude provides a wonderful selection of independent shops, restaurants, cafés and family attractions, while further afield guests can explore the picturesque harbours of North Cornwall, discover hidden coves and beaches, or venture into neighbouring North Devon.
