Mill Apartment is set within the peaceful grounds of Trimstone Manor in the Devon countryside, offering a comfortable base for couples or small families. With easy access to the North Devon coast, including nearby Woolacombe Beach, it’s well placed for both relaxing and exploring the area.
The open-plan living space brings together the lounge, dining, and kitchen areas. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for self-catering, while the dining table seats up to four. The lounge provides comfortable seating and a TV with Freeview and DVD player, and there is the option to add two z-beds (for a small additional charge) to accommodate up to four guests. Should you require this, please let us know at the time of booking. The apartment includes a double bedroom with character features, along with a modern bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower, WC, and washbasin.
Accessed via a shared external hallway, the apartment has its own private staircase and entrance. Its location next to Mill Cottage also makes it a convenient option for larger groups looking to book both properties while keeping separate living spaces.
