Upon entering the cottage, you are welcomed into a spacious and modern kitchen diner. Fully equipped for a self-catering stay, the kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and ample crockery—perfect for catering to family or group holidays. Further through the ground floor, a living room (which can also serve as an extended dining area) provides a quiet retreat. With comfortable seating, it’s the ideal spot to unwind after a day exploring North Devon. A modern downstairs shower room with WC, washbasin, towel rail, and mirror adds to the practicality of the layout.
The first staircase leads to a double bedroom with traditional beamed ceilings, as well as a spacious single bedroom with room for an additional z-bed if required. A modern family bathroom serves this area, featuring a bath with shower over, WC, washbasin, and mirror. The second staircase leads you to the master bedroom with lovely countryside views, along with a second double bedroom designed as a calm and relaxing space.
