The house offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms: two king-size rooms with en-suite shower rooms, a third king-size bedroom with access to a Jack & Jill family bathroom, and a spacious family bedroom with a king-size bed and two single beds. In total, there are three bathrooms plus a convenient ground-floor cloakroom.

Designed for entertaining, Walltree House features a cosy drawing room with an open fire and bar, a grand dining room seating up to 16 guests with a piano, a light-filled conservatory overlooking the gardens, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a second open fire, creating the perfect social hub for your stay.

Outside, guests can enjoy generous private gardens, a large patio with outdoor seating, and ample off-road parking for up to 10 vehicles. Located beside Hinton Airfield, you'll have the unique opportunity to watch light aircraft, wildlife and even skydivers throughout the day, adding an extra touch of character to your countryside escape.

Fully licensed to host weddings and special events, Walltree House provides a beautiful setting for ceremonies, receptions and celebrations. Hen and stag groups are also welcome by prior arrangement, and external catering can be accommodated, subject to owner approval.

Ideally located near Silverstone Circuit, Bicester Village, Blenheim Palace, Warwick Castle and the picturesque villages of the Cotswolds, the property is perfectly placed for exploring the region. With complimentary WiFi, parking for up to 10 cars, space for up to three dogs (additional charges apply), and exclusive use of your own private entrance and outdoor space, Walltree House offers a memorable countryside escape for families, friends and special occasions.

The Finer Details
• The maximum occupancy for this property is 10 guests, though the number of adults per booking is capped at 8. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 3 additional infants (aged 2 or under)
• Starter supply of wood provided for the open fires
• There are uneven floors in places, steps between rooms and a step in the ensuite of the master bedroom
• This property is located near to Hinton Airfield which is an active airport for private planes, so there might be some noise throughout the day. There is also a camping and glamping site set away from the house
• Please be aware there are security cameras at the entrance to the airfield which do cover the entrance to the property
• Please note that Walltree House is attached to a larger manor house. Guests have their own private entrance and outdoor area, however, other parts of the house are used as offices, so there may occasionally be estate workers in the grounds. There is also a gardener who visits every Tuesday
• Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted
