With ten beautifully appointed bedrooms, eleven bathrooms and an impressive selection of spaces for relaxation, dining and entertainment, ARC Lakes is ideal for milestone celebrations, family get-togethers, corporate retreats and wellness escapes.

At the heart of the property is a magnificent dining hall, where the entire group can gather around one table beneath original oak beams. The spacious farmhouse kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for entertaining, while three inviting lounges provide plenty of room to unwind. Guests can also enjoy a dedicated cinema room, perfect for relaxed evenings together.

One of the property's standout features is its stunning timber-lined indoor swimming pool, heated throughout the year. Outside, a wood-fired hot tub provides the perfect place to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. For those who enjoy outdoor dining, the covered alfresco kitchen features traditional braai grills and a pizza oven, creating a wonderful space for long lunches and evenings spent together.

The ten bedrooms have been individually designed with comfort and quality in mind, featuring luxurious superking beds that can also be arranged as twins, selected bathrooms feature striking copper roll-top baths, adding an extra touch of indulgence.

For guests seeking a more active or restorative break, the dedicated yoga and activity studio offers an excellent space for group sessions, while pétanque and the surrounding countryside provide further opportunities to enjoy time outdoors.

ARC Lakes also offers the opportunity to personalise your stay with additional services and experiences, including private chefs, catering, housekeeping and a selection of curated activities.

Situated near Bampton, within easy reach of Penrith, ARC Lakes is perfectly placed for exploring the Lake District and the Eden Valley.
