Surrounded by beautiful rolling Devon countryside, The Byre is a stunning barn conversion sleeping six guests in three bedrooms. Set on the edge of the popular village of Goodleigh, it is just a short walk from The New Inn, renowned for its good food, ale and lively atmosphere.
Perfectly positioned for exploring North Devon, the cottage is around a 20-minute drive from both Exmoor and the long sandy beaches of Saunton Sands. Croyde and Putsborough are also within easy reach, while Westward Ho!, Appledore and Instow make great days out. Family attractions including The Milky Way Adventure Park, The BIG Sheep and Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park are also nearby.
The cottage has a spacious open-plan living area arranged over split levels, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area for six and a comfortable lounge with sofas, a flat-screen TV, DVD player and Wii games console.
There are three bedrooms: a king-size master with en-suite bathroom, a bunk bedroom and a twin bedroom. A separate family bathroom has a shower, wash basin and WC.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with outdoor furniture, BBQ and a small separate fenced area, ideal for letting the dog out.
Kitchen area: Electric oven and hob, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer.
