The heart of the home is the impressive open-plan kitchen, dining and living space—bright, sociable and designed for easy holiday living. Huge bi-fold doors open directly onto the enclosed garden, complete with outdoor seating and lawned areas, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Fire up the BBQ for al fresco evenings or cosy up inside beside the log burner after a day on the beach.

The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, featuring two ovens, a 16-bottle wine cooler, pod coffee maker, boiling water tap and top-of-the-range appliances throughout. A separate utility room and a ground-floor shower room add convenience after sandy adventures.

A modern family bathroom with both a bath and a walk-in shower completes the first floor. Upstairs, the four beautifully presented bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements and peaceful retreats. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and private ensuite, while Bedroom 2 offers twin beds. Bedroom 3 includes a king-size bed that can be made into twins on request, and Bedroom 4 features another comfortable king-size bed. Several rooms enjoy glimpses of the sea, reminding you just how close you are to the water.

Outside, the large front and back gardens offer plenty of space for relaxation or play, while private parking and a quiet location along a small private road ensure a stress-free stay. Pets are welcome too, so no member of the family has to miss out.

Perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking and other watersports, the bay is as active or as peaceful as you choose. Enjoy scenic walks along the Northumberland Coastal Path: head north to the lively harbour village of Seahouses, or wander south toward the quieter beauty of Newton-by-the-Sea.
