The house has been cleverly created with an 'upside-down' layout to maximise the sweeping views. The upper floor hosts the spectacular open-plan living, kitchen and dining area—bright, airy and crowned with a vaulted ceiling. Whether you're preparing a meal, gathering for dinner or throwing open the bifold doors to enjoy a drink on the balcony. Bifold doors open to both a front balcony with a table and chairs and a spacious rear balcony, giving you multiple spots to take in the views day or night. A quiet study nook just off the kitchen offers a peaceful corner should you need it.

On the ground floor, four elegant ensuite bedrooms ensure comfort and privacy for everyone. Bedroom 1 features flexible zip-and-link beds, perfect for twin or super-king arrangements. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both offer luxurious king-size beds, with Bedroom 4 enjoying direct access to the rear garden.
