Ideal for both couples and families, this spacious cottage is perfectly located for enjoying scenic walks and cycling trails, with easy access to nearby towns and historic sites in the heart of the Peak District.
The property features two inviting bedrooms, including a double room with a quality en-suite bathroom (shower, basin, and WC) and TV, plus a ground-floor twin room also with a TV. A spiral staircase leads up to the first-floor sitting room, where guests can relax beside the cosy woodburning stove in the vaulted, beamed ceiling space. Please note that access to the first-floor sitting room and bedroom is via the downstairs twin bedroom.
The bathroom on the ground floor includes a bath with an electric shower over, a basin, and a WC.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, plus separate 4 drawer freezer in the utility room, while the dining room extension offers a comfortable setting for meals. A utility area with a washing machine, dryer, and chest freezer adds convenience.
Set within an acre of private gardens, this charming barn offers plenty of outdoor space, including a patio area with seating, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Located in the heart of the Peak District National Park, this property is surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The nearby Manifold Trail follows the old Leek to Manifold Light Railway and offers fantastic walking and cycling opportunities. We really enjoyed our stay, we thought the place looked good in the pictures but loved it even more in real life. We were also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary treats and all the amenities. Michelle was friendly and offered us some nice tipssee more

Finding the right place was a bit confusing since there is another road with the same name a few miles away so make sure you double check that you're going to the right place when you put the address on Google maps.
