This leads into a spacious garden room, currently furnished with additional sofas, creating a lovely spot to relax after a day exploring. The separate sitting room provides another comfortable space to put your feet up, with direct access to the garden.

Sleeping arrangements are particularly well suited to families travelling with children. Upstairs, two inviting bedrooms each feature a super king-size bed, alongside a spacious family bathroom with both a bath and shower. On the ground floor, a third bedroom offers two triple bunk beds, providing a fun and practical sleeping space for children. A further shower room with toilet on the ground floor adds extra convenience for larger groups.

One of Little Cobbs’ standout features is its wonderful south-facing garden, a real sun trap during the warmer months. Here, you'll find an open-fronted, timber-framed outdoor living space, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. Furnished for outdoor lounging and complete with a fridge/freezer, this sheltered spot is ideal for leisurely afternoons and evenings together. Best of all, there's a high-quality hot tub, offering the perfect way to unwind after a busy day out or enjoy a relaxing evening under the stars.

Little Cobbs is ideally located in the charming market town of Cranbrook, in the heart of the Kent countryside. Known for its historic buildings, independent shops and traditional village atmosphere, Cranbrook is a lovely place to explore at a relaxed pace. The surrounding High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty offers scenic countryside walks, picturesque villages and beautiful landscapes to discover.

Further afield, visit the historic town of Royal Tunbridge Wells for boutique shopping and elegant cafés, explore the impressive gardens and grounds of Sissinghurst Castle Garden, or enjoy a family day out at Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest, with its woodland trails, cycling routes and outdoor activities.
