Set in the charming village of Datchet, near Windsor, forming part of the Mayor of Windsor’s Victorian stables complex, Riverbank Lodge Annexe is a comfortable two-bedroom retreat sleeping up to four guests. With an open-plan living space, well-equipped kitchen and paved garden, it provides a relaxing base for exploring Windsor, Eton, Ascot, the surrounding Berkshire countryside and London. The Thames Path, Jubilee River Walk, riverboat hire, and Datchet golf course are close.

The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is a bright and sociable space, ideal for relaxing together after a day out exploring. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster, as well as all the essential utensils.

The annexe has two comfortable bedrooms. The main panelled bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has twin single beds which can convert to a super king bed, making the property suitable for couples, families or friends travelling together. There is one bathroom, including a WC, shower and bathtub, providing plenty of convenience during your stay. The sitting / dining room has a sofa, dining table and 42” Freeview TV. Guests have access to a part of the grounds surrounding Riverbank Lodge Annexe. The paved garden has garden furniture providing a pleasant outdoor space to sit back, enjoy the surroundings and relax during your stay.

Datchet is a picturesque village on the River Thames, ideally located for exploring Windsor, Eton and Ascot. Windsor Castle, Windsor Great Park and Legoland are just a short journey away, while nearby Eton is home to the historic Eton College and a charming high street lined with independent shops, cafés and places to eat overlooking the river Thames. The surrounding area is also ideal for enjoying riverside walks, countryside and historic attractions, while Windsor offers a wide choice of restaurants, shops and things to see and do. Windsor and Ascot racecourses and polo grounds are all a short drive away. A short walk to the Windsor Farm shop and café selling produce from the Royal Farms is a must.

Riverbank Lodge Annexe is particularly well placed for guests also wanting to explore beyond Berkshire. The nearby rail network provides convenient connections into London, making it easy to enjoy the capital's attractions while staying outside the city. London Waterloo can be reached from Windsor & Eton Riverside, while Windsor & Eton Central connects to London Paddington via Slough.

The location makes a convenient base for exploring other parts of the Thames Valley and South East. Heathrow Airport, the M4 and M25 are all within easy reach.
