The location was excellent, being just a short (steep) walk to the beach. The views were amazing from both the front and back of the property and the garden was lovely. The sitting rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you neededsee more

Invest in bigger beds. At the price of the property I would expect king size at the very least. A radiator in the kitchen wouldn’t go amiss as it was freezing in there. Either that or leave more wood to enable the fire to heat it. One bag for 4 nightsee more

Lovely house and garden in quiet and peaceful location near beach. Exceptionally well furnished and equipped with everything you might need. Comfortable reclining sofas in both living rooms and excellent smart tvs. Large garden with furniture and sunsee more

Comfortable reclining sofas in both living rooms and excellent smart tvs. Large garden with furniture and sun all day. Fully secured for dog. Large grass field at end of road great for dog in mornings and evening when beach traffic gone. Even on a Saturday when car park busy the beach was still relatively quiet as it is massive. Cleanest beach we’ve seen in years and an easy walk to Filey if tide on way out. If you want pubs/restaurants on your doorstep maybe not for you but plenty of places 2 - 4 miles range. Great base for touring and we visited York, Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay all less than an hour away.

Overall hard to fault but if nitpicking the showerhead could be changed at minimal cost for one with better jets. Also a lighter duvet would be good for summers. A luxury property should possibly have kingsize beds but to be fair the bedrooms were vesee more

The bungalow is in a fantastic position, looking out to sea at the front and over open fields at the back. Secure, large garden. Very comfortable and relaxed. Away from the crowds but only minutes away from Filey, Flamboro, etc.
We will definitely see more

Shower head a bit iffy but reported to owner (who messaged us directly at the end of the holiday: really nice touch) who promised to replace it.
